EFS has developed automated land use/land cover classification routines designed to increase the speed, accuracy and precision of the classification process. Working with you or your team we can design a project which will provide the detail you need to document and evaluate change in coniferous or deciduous forest, impervious surfaces, bare ground, water bodies, agricultural lands and other surfaces. As the classification datasets are periodically updated, a picture begins to develop showing how features have changed and providing a tool which can be used to predict how these changes will impact the environment.
