By Submitting Drone Images for Processing to Eagle Forestry Services, Inc. (EFS) The User Agrees to:

  • EFS makes no warranty or guarantees for final output image accuracy or quality.
  • All processes employed by EFS are proprietary to EFS and will not be shared to users purchasing the service of drone image processing
  • Images submitted to EFS by user are property of the user.  EFS will store a copy of raw data for a period of two weeks from receipt and a copy of final processed data for a period of one month from delivery.  EFS will not share data submitted by User. Inputs and Outputs are property of the user and will not be shared or sold to others.  This includes data usage for product samples.
  • EFS is under no obligation to maintain or assess quality of user data submitted to EFS.  EFS will not be responsible or liable for user data or product deliverables created from user data.
  • User will be notified via email provided during ordering process when final products are available for download.
  • EFS makes no guarantee to product delivery timeline during the BETA process.
  • As of September 2018 EFS has successfully processed images from DJI Phantom Platform, DJI Mavic Pro. Imagery from other Drone Manufactures will need to be tested and approved prior to delivery.
  • Product Deliverables:
    • Orthomosaic (Mosaic) created from Geotagged Drone Imagery
    • Mosaic will be delivered in Full Resolution JPEG Compressed GeoTIFF
  • Data Submitted by User should be:
    • JPEG Format
    • All images should be GeoTagged with Latitude and Longitude in metadata
    • Images submitted must be of a single contiguous site.
      • Individual sites will need to be uploaded separately
    • Minimum of three (3) flight lines
    • Minimum of four (4) photos per line
    • Images should have sufficient overlap for orthomosaic process.
      • A minimum of 65% overlap in sidelap and endlap.
      • EFS recommends providing as much overlap as allowable for collection conditions (i.e. site size, weather, battery life, resolution, etc)
      • The more overlap provided the better probability of higher quality mosaic
      • If sufficient overlap is not provided, EFS will not be able to complete the orthomosaic
  • Refunds
    • Any charges to user will not be refunded to user due to:
      • Poor quality images submitted to EFS by user due to:
        • Weather or lighting conditions at time of collection
        • Homogenious appearance of site photographed
        • Subjects moving during collection
        • Other
      • Insufficient GPS data submitted to EFS by user
      • Insufficient overlap in sidelap or endlap
      • Image collection with unapproved Drone
  • Reprocessing
    • User may request a quality check on delivered mosaic within Two (2) Weeks of Delivery
    • User may resubmit updated data of the site previously processed for reprocessing.
    • User must submit quality check request prior to resubmission
    • Reprocessing charges may be required if
      • If user submits data under Advanced Processing Level user is elligible for a one time re-submission per site
      • If user submits data under Standard Processing Level user will be charged a 50% re-submission fee per site (one time per site)
